I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company.

As you know, I had taken my 2000 Ford Explorer into another shop to look after the “noises” in my front end. Two thousand dollars later they did not fix the problem.

Your mechanics identified the problem, quoted accurately and resolved not only the front end noise issue, but fixed what the other shop had done incorrectly and performed an overall service on my truck.

I am happy to report I put 700 KM on the truck yesterday and it felt wonderful to drive.

It is refreshing to find a company like Master Mechanic who can properly service my vehicles. I give you and your staff an A+ for execution!

It occurred to me, as I drove home from my service appointment last week, that you and your staff have been servicing my wife's and my automobiles for something approaching twenty years. You absolutely must be doing something right to keep us as loyal customers for that length of time, especially as we moved to the Fergus area eight years ago and still come to Master Mechanic- Markham to have our vehicles serviced.

I could go on at length about honesty, integrity, competency etc. but I do believe that twenty or so years of association says it all!!

Hi there,
I wish I could remember the name of the two gentleman who helped me out this morning. One was Joe and the other was also fielding calls and customers at the front desk.

I wanted to send a note to express my sincere appreciation for the work you did today regarding the inspection of a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid I was thinking of buying. I feel that you did a very thorough job and that both of you went above and beyond the call of duty in answering my questions and finding information for me that was really over and above what I was paying for with the inspection.

Thank you both so much. Though I live in the Toronto area, I work in Downsview and I have lots of co-workers who live in the Markham area. I will not hesitate to let them all know what a fantastic job I think you did and I will recommend you highly.

P.S. I decided against buying the car because I had grown mistrustful of the dealer given the sketchy nature of the history of the vehicle. I felt relieved when I'd made the decision. Plenty of fish in the sea! Maybe we'll meet again :)
